VOLUNTARY TASKS CARRIED OUT SO FAR

                          1.  Mowing and Weed Treatment of Lawns.
                          2.  Gutters and Down Pipes cleaned and unblocked
                          3.  Thorough clean of the Hall including Corridors Toilets - Cobwebs Dust etc;
                          4.  Wooden Window Frames, flaking Paint removed, Putty replaced and fresh Undercoat.
                          5.  Thorough Kitchen clean.   Wall Tiled.
                          6.  All fluorescent light diffusers taken down and cleaned.
                          7.  Replaced outside light bulb.
                          8.  Cleaned and repaired all Emergency Exit signs.
                          9.  Repaired leaking Radiator in the Hall.
                         10. Repaired leaking Tap & Waste Pipe in the Ladies Toilet.
                         11. Repairs to all of the Radiator covers.
                         12. Rubbed  down and recoated Outside Entrance Doors
                         13. Broken Window replaced in Ladies Toilet
                         14. Re Plastered and Painted inside front Wall
                         15. Repaired leak to flashing on front Porch
                         16. Leigh Walters has repaired the Flat Roof with new Felt
                         17. Leaks repaired over the Porch - Leigh Walters did this work for ZERO payment
                         18. Inside front wall repainted with two coats of emulsion to match the rest of the hall.
                         19. Skirting boards and pipe boxes Rob has started to re-coat these with dark wood-stain.
                         20. The broken table has been repaired and the stage matting has been stuck back down.
                         21. The kitchen tap which made such a terrible noise when used, has been repaired with a New Washer.
                         22. The remaining Skirting Boards & Boxes in the Main Hall have been refinished in dark wood-coat.
                         23. All internal Emergency Exit signs are in place and now working. New tubes fitted where needed.
                         24. The Kitchen cracks in the Walls & Ceiling have been repaired and the walls have now been repainted.
                         25. A new Back Door has been fitted with new Locking Bar mechanism.
                         26. The two painting jobs have certainly started to help smarten the place up.
                         27. Gutters, Fascias and Sofits are all being repaired and repainted. 
                         28. Square Tables have Legs secured.
                         29. Repairs to Stage area Ceiling.
                         30. Fence Painting & Repair
                         31. New Disabled Door adjacent to Stage
                         32. New Oak Doors to front of Hall
                         33. Tree Pruning, Removal of Elderberry Trees, General clear up of Garden Debris
                         34. Reinstatement of Centre Light
                         35. Outside Lighting Reinstated
                         36. New rear Down Pipe & Soak Away
                         37. Draught Proofing of Entrance Doors
                         38. Repointing of Blocks at rear of Building
                         39. Clear up at End of Garden Daffodils Planted
                         40. Removal of unwanted Elder Trees
                         41. Removal of Storm Damage & Fallen Trees
                         42. New Programmable Thermostat Fitted
                         43. Radiator Cover Modification to enhance the Warmth
                         44. Removal of Elderberry Trees & Roots
